Ark Development recently broke ground on the final phases of Thoms Estate. This work includes the completion of all community amenities, such as the open air pavilion, walking trails over 32 acres of open space, gardens, athletic field, playground and basketball court. Work is scheduled to be completed by spring 2014 and will add the final 53 lots (for a total of 132) planned for the Thoms Estate.
